He leads product direction, contracting and procurement compliance, and manages customer implementations from discovery through go-live.
Pedro has spent more than 16 years building software for local government. He leads engineering, cloud architecture and security for the product line, with deep expertise in digital accessibility (ADA Title II, WCAG, Section 508) and government procurement.
